By signing the Vehicle Rental Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement"), a copy of which is attached hereto, the parties shall enter into a contractual relationship and assume obligations. The provisions of the agreement have been mutually evaluated by both parties, along with all their legal and financial consequences.

As the tenant ______________________; I have been informed by the authorised representatives of Oktay Company DOO (MNETRIP. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") that the attached Agreement contains provisions that may be contrary to my interests, and I have identified these provisions by reviewing the Agreement.

I am aware of the financial and legal consequences of these provisions that are contrary to my interests.

During the review and negotiation of the contract, I was thoroughly informed verbally by the representatives of Oktay Company DOO regarding the content of the contract, all my questions regarding the contract were answered, that Oktay Company DOO provided me with their relevant telephone number and email address so that I could obtain further information, and that I had the opportunity to review the terms of the contract on the website www.mnetrip.com, that the contract contains binding penal clauses, interest and similar provisions for me; however, by mutually agreeing to the benefits I will gain under the contract and the consequences of the provisions in the contract that are unfavourable to me, I accept all the provisions in the contract without objection and of my own free will,

Without being limited to the following, particularly the articles contained in the Agreement:

If the Vehicle Delivery Form is not signed either upon delivery or return, I shall be deemed to have accepted its contents. Should I have any objections to the Form, I shall arrange for an expert assessment at my own expense. Otherwise, my objections shall not be considered. All expenses and incidental costs related to the rented vehicle (fuel, tolls, parking, etc.) shall be borne by me.

I acknowledge that I have received the vehicle with a full fuel tank and that I will pay a penalty of 25% of the difference in fuel costs if I fail to return it in this condition. I agree to cover any damage not covered by insurance and any damage resulting from the use of the vehicle in breach of the contract. In the event of an accident involving the vehicle, I will submit all documentation to Oktay Company DOO within 24 hours.

I agree to pay a service fee of 20 Euros per fine for any traffic fines that Oktay Company DOO is obliged to pay on my behalf.

In the event of any delay in payment of rent, expenses, incidental costs, penalties, etc., interest at a rate of 5% per month shall be applied to the total debt.

I hereby declare and undertake that I accept without objection and of my own free will that all contract expenses (stamp duty, etc.) shall be borne entirely by me, and that telephone, voice and video recordings shall constitute evidence in accordance with the Contract. The contract sample has been reviewed by the parties on the rental date, evaluated through mutual discussion, and this two-part Contract Information and Evaluation Memorandum has been drawn up in accordance with the agreement reached.
